What is your 501(c)(3) status?
We have our 501(c)(3) status and are recognized as a public charity by the IRS. This means that all donations and contributions are tax-deductible!
How Can I Help?
We are 100% funded by you, so your donations matter! We accept monetary donations and new, unused art supplies. If you are interested in volunteering please email us! We do not currently have a large need for volunteers but would love to store your contact info for future dates!
Where can I send donations?
We accept monetary donations via PayPal and Venmo! Please visit our DONATE page for links. We also accept new, unused art supplies. Please email us for delivery and drop off instructions.
What is in a donation box?
The photo shown is a sample box of what families in need with children will receive. There will be some variation based on children's ages and needs, but the box will mostly follow what is pictured!
How can I make my donation tax-exempt?
At the bottom of our DONATE page, you'll find two links and some information that can help with the steps of making your donation tax-deductible or you can request a Tax Donation Receipt by contacting us.
Where are you located?
We are based in the idyllic town of Lititz, PA, which was voted America's Coolest Small Town in 2013! You would never guess that 36% of families in this community struggle with poverty.
Why Should I Donate?
Art is not only an amazing form of expression, but it's a therapeutic way for children to express themselves. Children's development is directly affected by their access to art. Not having access to art in the early stages of childhood development can leave them with no other way to express themselves constructively.
Who is eligible for your programs?
Any family within the Warwick School District that recieves food supplements from the Lititz Warwick Community Chest and has children 13 years of age or younger are eligible for our programs and will recieve art supplies!
Do you only serve Lititz, PA?
Yes, at this time we are focused in our own community. With your help and support, we hope to one day expand into more of Lancaster County.
How much of my donation will go towards art supplies for kids?
100% of your donation goes towards art supplies for children in need! No one at or involved with Inspiring Brushstrokes receives a salary or any type of compensation.
